The Challenge
Greenleaf Orthodontic needed a website built from the ground up, with no organic search visibility for its core service and condition-specific search terms, including bilingual (English/Spanish) and insurance-specific local searches serving a diverse patient base.
What We Did
- Designed and developed the clinic's current website from scratch
- Built a multi-city local SEO strategy covering condition-specific searches (braces, bite correction, TMJ), bilingual English/Spanish content, and insurance-specific queries (e.g., Medicaid/ForwardHealth-accepting provider searches)
- Produced ongoing blog content to build topical authority and support target keyword rankings
- Conducted off-page optimization, including content submissions to third-party sites to build backlink authority
- Ran continuous monthly rank tracking and on-page optimization across a 15-keyword target list over two years
The Result
Starting from zero ranking on any target keyword, 13 of 15 target local search terms reached Google's first page within the first month of the engagement, with most sustained on page 1 consistently across the following two years — including competitive bilingual and insurance-specific local searches.
